TourPulse ("TourPulse," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Bertwell Holdings LLC, provides a service that tracks secondary-market concert ticket prices and offers timing recommendations (the "Service") at tourpulse.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@tourpulse.ai and we will delete it.

10. International users

We operate in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the US, you understand and agree that your information will be processed in the US.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
